Staff induction includes an awareness of the importance of confidentiality in the role of the key person, and a statement of confidentiality to read and sign.
  • Any concerns/evidence relating to a child’s personal safety is kept in a secure confidential file and is shared with as few people as possible.
  • Issues to do with the employment of staff, remain confidential to the people directly involved with making personnel decisions.
  • All volunteers/students are advised of our confidentiality policy and required to read our statement of confidentiality and sign it.
